www.rycova.in is owned and operated by RYCOVA India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at E-215, Sector 63, Noida – 201309, Uttar Pradesh, India. RYCOVA India Private Limited is engaged in the design, marketing, and sale of all-weather protective gear for two-wheeler riders under the brand name RYCOVA™.

All references to 'RYCOVA', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these Terms refer to RYCOVA India Private Limited.

 

2. Eligibility

To use this Website and place orders with RYCOVA India Private Limited, you must be:

•       At least 18 years of age

•       A resident of India with a valid delivery address within India

•       Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

 

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify RYCOVA India Private Limited immediately at support@rycova.in of any unauthorised use of your account. RYCOVA India Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

 

4. Products and Pricing

•       All product descriptions, images, and specifications on www.rycova.in are provided in good faith. However, RYCOVA India Private Limited reserves the right to modify product details without prior notice

•       Prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise

•       RYCOVA India Private Limited reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout

•       In the event of a pricing error, RYCOVA India Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer. A full refund will be provided in such cases

 

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on www.rycova.in, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. RYCOVA India Private Limited reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from RYCOVA India Private Limited.

RYCOVA India Private Limited accepts the following payment methods:

•       UPI and UPI-linked apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

•       Net banking and digital wallets

•       Cash on Delivery (COD) — select pin codes only

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. RYCOVA India Private Limited does not store your card or payment credentials on its servers.

 

6. GST and Invoicing

RYCOVA India Private Limited is registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every order placed on www.rycova.in. The GSTIN of RYCOVA India Private Limited will be displayed on all invoices. GST is included in the displayed product price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

•       RYCOVA India Private Limited's protective gear is designed to improve rider comfort and reduce risks during daily commuting. However, no product can guarantee complete protection in all circumstances. Riders must exercise appropriate caution and follow traffic laws at all times

•       RYCOVA India Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Website

•       RYCOVA India Private Limited's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the product(s) in that specific order

 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use www.rycova.in for any of the following purposes:

•       To engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

•       To submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content

•       To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or RYCOVA India Private Limited's systems
